Handling Time
Orders are processed within one business day before being handed over to the postal service. We ship Monday through Saturday, in line with post office operations. Orders placed near the weekend may experience a slight delay, as Sunday is not a business day. Please consider this when estimating your delivery date.
Shipping Class
We aim to use the shipping class you select at checkout. If a change is necessary, we will contact you. Occasionally, we may choose an alternative shipping method if it ensures faster or more secure delivery.

Postal Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. Once your package is marked as delivered, our responsibility is fulfilled. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Signature Confirmation
In some cases, we may add signature confirmation or extra insurance at no additional cost to you, if we believe it is necessary for your order.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

After each event, we feature a spotlight review and make the game available on our demo shelf for you to explore.
